Enercon, Ciba unite
in treatment project
Enercon Industries, of Menomonee Falls, WI, USA, a manufacturer of corona and plasma treating systems, is working with Ciba Specialty Chemicals to develop a surface modification technology for different materials, including films, foils, papers, metals, nonwovens and textiles.
The aim of the two companies is to combine Enercon’s Plasma3 technology with Ciba’s nano-grafting PrimeIT technology.
